Amazing seats for off the floor! We had seats 402-404. Mezzanine has a great rake so no concerns for any of our family to see over the people in front of us. Mezz also has an extended overhang over the house, so you feel closer to the stage. Seats and rows are tight, so everyone is packed-in - but would definitely purchase these tix again!

Unfortunately this seat is not offset, otherwise I might have a good view. Unfortunately a lot of hair on my sightline when. Other people said great view which is why I purchased these to save a few bucks. Disappointed in my view for an expensive show.

Great view! The seat was a little cramped (I'm 6'5”) but it's an aisle seat, so I could spread out to the left a little. Would buy this seat again!

Front row, no obstructions, clear view of entire stage, could even see performer's faces! Curtain allowed more space for legs.

100/10 perfect seat. Dead center view - perfect amount back from the stage. We could see them spitting but weren't in the splash zone. These are the best broadway seats I've had! We got lucky for the face value, these were released a week before the date.

Minimalist set so you don't miss much. Have to look up but it didn't hurt my neck. I would sit here again - 2/2026

Great seat! Could see and hear every clearly! Seats are narrow, but par for the course with Shubert theaters. Not a lot of leg room!

Much of stage left obscured by the angle, but phenomenally close.

Could see everything except entrances on the right(which didnt matter to the plot). Okay leg room (could out coat and scarf and purse under my seat)

We felt like these were perfect seats to see the whole stage and also still see facila expressions. This is a smaller theater anyway so I dont think you get any “bad” seats. The actors acknowledge all areas of the theater and we were very happy with these seats. Very little leg room so be prepared - your knees will touch the seat in front of you
