  • The London Palladium, section: Grand Circle, row: B, seat: 51
    The King and I
Too expensive for the view. Listed as restricted view due to safety bar but what they don't tell you (for The King and I at least) is that there's a light on that safety bar which completely obscured the front left corner of the stage where a lot of the actors spend their time. I could have dealt with the safety bar being in the way but the light made seeing some of the stage impossible. I'd expect this seat to be £20 - £30 not over £45!
  • San Diego Civic Theatre, section: balc, row: r, seat: 2
    The King and I
  • Fox Theatre (Atlanta), section: GRA, row: R, seat: 106
    The King and I
Even though it's far from stage, It is Center stage view with no obstructions and you can see the choreography from overhead vantage point. Also, bathrooms right behind this section. No need to go downstairs and fight the crowd during intermission.

A fair distance back but dead center, you won't miss a thing!

Saenger Theatre (New Orleans), section: Orchestra right, row: JJ, seat: 2
    The king and I
I was ok with the seats! I think I would rather be closer or lower balcony. If I had those seats next time,I'll be fine! I heard the sound under The balcony was terrible but in my case it wasn't.
  • The Smith Center, section: OC, row: B, seat: 214
    The King and I
Row B is the 2nd row when they utilize the orchestra pit (as they did in this show), or the 4th row when they don't. Great seat either way if you like to be close! If you are short, you may be bothered by having to look up at the stage slightly. I'm short and this didn't bother me at all, but the ladies in row A were complaining about it during intermission.
  • Paramount Theatre (Seattle), section: MEZ11, row: D, seat: 1
    The King and I
    Great seats
  • Fox Theatre (Atlanta), section: LRE, row: BB, seat: 34
    The King And I
This seat is marked as limited viewing, but at the Fox there's no such thing as a truly "bad" view. It's close to the stage and has an excellent view for what it is. Don't let "limited view" fool you at this place.
  • Fox Theatre (Atlanta), section: ORCHRC, row: P, seat: 52
    The King And I
Can see whole stage perfectly from this seat and this row
  • Oriental Theatre, section: Orch-C, row: B, seat: 103
    The King and I
Amazing seat, but VERY close. Almost too close if you like to be able to see the whole stage at once. I got this seat as a $25 rush ticket.

  • Boston Opera House, section: LOBXLV, row: G, seat: 51
    The King and I
Limited View but only $24, great up close view but missed a lot on this performance
  • Vivian Beaumont Theater, section: Loge, row: A, seat: 501
    The King and I
Good view, though the proscenium arch will cut off a bit of stage left. I wouldn't recommend sitting much further to the right. I took this photo lower than eye-level to avoid a hawkish usher; the lip of the Loge **WON'T** block your view.

    4 star theater seat view
Hollywood Pantages Theatre, section: Orchestra C, row: NN, seat: 106
    The King and I
Wonderful seats! The only complaint I have is that I wish I was a little bit closer. But we have a perfect view of the stage; the seats are on an incline so my view has never been blocked (and I'm short). We can see and hear the performance perfectly :)

Paramount Theatre (Seattle), section: 33, row: W, seat: 3

For nosebleed seats these are pretty good.
  • Golden Gate Theatre, section: Balcony, row: B, seat: 123
    The King and I
    Great reasonable seats! Recommend bringing some binoculars if you want to see faces. :-}
  • Vivian Beaumont Theater, section: Orch Left, row: F, seat: 110
    The King and I
Close to the action but far side seating. You may miss some things if they are far upstage, but for this production, a lot of the action took place on the retractable stage in front of the main stage (over the band as visible here).
  • Vivian Beaumont Theater, section: Orcho, row: H, seat: 509
    The King and I
You do miss quite a bit of anything that happens in the recessed part of the stage. This is a small, cozy theater and so while these seats put you close to the stage I feel like no seats are going to feel too far away. Look for seats in center.
